Mailman!

YES. YES YES and YES.

I talked to the mailman and he's agreed to do a story with me.

Get this: he's the drummer of a punk metal rock band here called "We're All Gonna Die." Not joking in the slightest. And he's been a mailman for 11 years. This'll be fun.

I also went to a "Garlicky Greens" eating competition to take pictures. It was...probably the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. The winner (in the photograph) ate SEVEN POUNDS of spinach in five minutes. It started pouring about two minutes into the competition and I was afraid my camera was going to break (seriously, I was completely drenched in about thirty seconds), but it didn't. However, my notebook that carried all of my identifications of people, their quotes, ages, jobs, occupations, etc., was soaked to the bone and my notes washed away right along with it.

Maybe I should invest in waterproof paper.
